What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Local Tire & Wheel?
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service, have a strong knowledge base of the product line and are able to think on their feet and solve issues as they arise. A successful candidate will have a natural curiosity about the product line and an extra drive to provide customers with a great shopping experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer customers' questions.
- Recommend relevant items to customers.
- Apply sales tactics.,.
- Previous Customer Service/Sales experience a plus.
- Organization and cleanliness
- Following up with sales leads
- Following up with current customers on customer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
