Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, & fostering strong relationships. This role requires a blend of market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular communication, meetings, and personalized support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Closing contracts and agreements with customers and making sure they understand clearly what the payment responsibilities are.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Making field visits to customer residents to recover merchandise or make arrangements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in lease to own.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
