The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled, confident Bartender to anchor our bar program. You’ll be the face of the bar - crafting cocktails with precision, holding court with guests, and keeping the energy right whether it’s a quiet Tuesday or a packed Friday night. We want someone with real bar experience who can execute our cocktail menu flawlessly and bring personality to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Execute cocktail recipes with precision and consistency, adhering to pour standards and spec
- Deliver an elevated, personalized experience to bar and lounge guests
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full bar menu, including spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail ingredients
- Guide guests through the drink menu and make recommendations based on preference
- Manage bar pacing, ticket flow, and communication with the service team during peak hours
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and mise en place throughout each shift
- Monitor and enforce responsible alcohol service at all times
- Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and opening/closing side work
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service or cocktail-focused environment
- Solid foundational cocktail knowledge - classic techniques, spirit categories, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure without sacrificing quality
- Engaging, professional presence behind the bar with a genuine hospitality mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with servers and kitchen
- Responsible alcohol service knowledge; TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification a plus
- Must meet Georgia’s legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
- Tipped position: $2.13/hr base wage tips
- Our bartenders average $22 – $30/hr in total earnings
- A well-built bar program and loyal guest base support strong and consistent tip income
