Rhino Consulting and Coaching LLC has a client looking for a motivated, creative, and organized Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to work alongside a highly successful sales & branding professional.

The role is simple at its core:
- Create order. Protect time. Keep priorities moving. Make sure important things get finished.
- That may include coordinating schedules, organizing projects, managing follow-up, communicating with clients and business partners, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping turn ideas into execution.
- You do not need to know everything on day one.
- Training will be provided on-site and will be ongoing.
- You’ll be taught the systems, expectations, workflow, and how the role fits into the bigger picture.
What matters most is how you operate:
- Are you organized?
- Do unfinished tasks bother you?
- Do you follow through without being chased?
- Can you stay calm when priorities change?
- Are you comfortable taking ownership and figuring things out?
