Our Application Technicians play a key role in delivering high-quality results for our customers. What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizer, pre-emergent, and weed control treatments safely and effectively
- Use backpack sprayers, ride-on equipment, and other tools to complete applications
- Identify and treat weeds, insects, and turf issues
- Evaluate lawn conditions and make recommendations based on property needs
- Communicate clearly with customers and answer questions on-site
- Look for opportunities to recommend additional services (aeration, top dressing, mulch, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work on every property

Pay & Schedule
- $18–$21 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, hourly position

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 1 year of lawn care or landscape experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable, on time, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and improve
