Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs
- Conduct product demos and educate customers on product features and benefits
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain proper merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and stock rotation
- Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Adhere to all i502 related compliance rules and regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse customers
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos
