We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in Stafford Township looking for an experienced Lead Cook who can take charge of the kitchen, lead by example, and consistently deliver high-quality food. We are seeking someone dependable, organized, and passionate about food who thrives under pressure and can help maintain strong kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist kitchen staff during service
• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail
• Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Assist with food prep
• Monitor portion control and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Train and support line cooks and kitchen staff
• Help coordinate kitchen operations to maintain efficient ticket times
• Work closely with ownership and management to maintain kitchen standards

Qualifications

• 10 years of restaurant cooking experience required
• Previous experience in a lead cook, kitchen lead, sous chef, or supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work multiple stations and handle high-volume service
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and productive during busy shifts
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• ServSafe certification is a plus
