Barback position for Saturday nights possibly more nights year round and looking for someone to run food during patio season at night. Must be able to work nights and weekends and prefer someone with food running experience. These are both tipped positions.

Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies such as glassware, garnishes, and beverages to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours
- Deliver food orders promptly from kitchen to tables or bar stations, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas by cleaning glassware, utensils, counters, and floors regularly
- Support servers with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to optimize guest turnover
- Handle food handling responsibilities with attention to safety protocols and proper hygiene practices
- Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and processing when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow in a nightclub or banquet setting
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for quick and accurate transactions
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in food handling and restaurant environments
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a friendly attitude
- Experience with food preparation, bussing, or serving in restaurants or hotel settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of food industry safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
