Role Description The Marketing and Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Plano, TX. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and editing content across social media platforms to promote LocalPRO Realty’s brand, listings, and agent activities. The role will support day-to-day marketing operations, including assisting with graphic design, site enhancements, print materials, and video editing. Responsibilities include social media engagement, tracking performance metrics, and making recommendations to improve reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, including campaign planning, basic analytics, optimization for brand awareness and lead generation through funnels and online advertisements.
- Short-form and long-form video production and editing skills tailored to various platforms.
- Creativity for graphic design, basic website editing, and project management skills.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and brand-consistent messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and agent requests.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express), and analytics dashboards is highly beneficial.
- Experience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
