Customer Experience Advocate - Full Time (1 position available)

Shift:

• Starting at $20 per hour
• Full time (37 hrs/week)

• Maintain store cleanliness
• Learn and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotating and facing of products
• Participate in merchandising, work on creative displays of products and signs
• Attend brand trainings (some trainings may be before or after hours)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Highly accountable and has integrity
• Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including Saturday's and Sunday's
• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math
• Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
