Supply Chain CoordinatorOverviewWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Demand Planner to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for forecasting product demand, managing inventory, and overseeing purchasing activities. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely product availability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with business objectives.Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.Utilize ERP systems for demand planning and purchasing tasks.Analyze forecast variances and implement corrective actions.Place purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain strong supplier relationships.Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.Monitor supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.Support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or similar methodologies.QualificationsExperience in demand planning, purchasing, or supply chain roles.Proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI) and ERP systems.Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Familiarity with continuous improvement methods.This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization.
