Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Handle cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing and inventory management.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong selling skills with a focus on upselling techniques.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and cash registers.
- Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- TABC Certification is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Schedule (Might Differ):
Monday - Saturday: 10AM - 4PM; 4PM - 9PM (when needed)
- MUST be over 21 to apply; Flexible Schedule
