If you are looking for a role where your technical input actually matters and there is a clear path to a full-time career, we want to meet you.Compensation & Path ForwardRate: Starting at $20.00 per hour, flexible based on experience.The Future: This is a part-time opportunity (approx. 24-30 hours per week) intended to transition into a full-time position as our client portfolio continues to scale.Availability: This position requires availability during the day, with a typical schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.Flexibility: We offer flexible scheduling (3-4 days/week) for the right technician.Core ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support: Resolve diverse hardware and software issues, including specialized line-of-business applications.Cloud & SaaS Management: Manage the full Microsoft 365 and Entra ecosystem (Admin tasks, Mail flow, and Collaboration tools).Infrastructure Care: Deploy and optimize network hardware (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points, and physical cabling).Server Maintenance: Maintain health for physical and virtualized environments (Hyper-V/VMware) and integrated Azure cloud services.Security & Protection: Oversee identity management, endpoint defense, and email security solutions.Third-Party Liaison: Work directly with external vendors and ISPs to ensure seamless service delivery.What You Bring to the TableThe "Fixer" Mentality: You enjoy the challenge of a complex issue and don't stop until it's resolved.Client Relations: You can translate "tech-speak" into plain English and maintain a professional appearance during client visits.Self-Starter: You are comfortable working solo on-site but enjoy the ability to collaborate with other team members to seek out the best possible outcome.Growth Mindset: You have a genuine interest in staying ahead of IT security and infrastructure trends.Pluses: Prior experience in a multi-client consulting or managed services environment is highly valued.
