We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking expert guidance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions for spaces. Your energetic approach will help you identify customer needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and drive sales through technical expertise and exceptional customer service. Duties
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their commercial HVAC needs through detailed consultations and analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and energy-saving capabilities of HVAC solutions.
- Develop customized proposals and technical presentations that align with client specifications and budget considerations.
- Collaborate with project management teams to coordinate installation timelines, technical specifications, and service delivery.
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate existing systems, recommend upgrades or replacements, and optimize overall comfort performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure cloud platforms, VMware virtualization, Linux-based systems, Python scripting, Bash (Unix shell), and network configurations relevant to HVAC control systems.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise during client meetings and product demos to foster confidence and close deals effectively.
- Assist in training clients on system operation and troubleshooting using remote access tools or onsite support as needed.
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
