Position Summary
ECL Water Street is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Agent to support the daily operations of the Food and Beverage warehouse, receiving, and inventory functions. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the casino while maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product integrity, and supporting efficient departmental operations. The Warehouse Agent plays a key role in maintaining a safe, organized, and well-stocked warehouse environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Receiving Operations
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
- Unload deliveries and safely organize inventory within designated warehouse storage areas.
- Label, stock, rotate, and store merchandise using proper inventory control procedures.
- Pick, pack, and distribute supplies, equipment, and materials to resort and casino departments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and received in accordance with company procedures.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory transactions within the inventory management system.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock, discrepancies, damaged goods, or replenishment needs.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper organization and product rotation.
Safety & Compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and departmental procedures.
- Properly store inventory to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss.
Teamwork & Customer Service
- Collaborate effectively with Purchasing, Food & Beverage, Facilities, and other departments to support operational needs.
- Provide timely, professional, and courteous service to internal customers.
- Assist with special projects and other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouses, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and inventory software.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Experience in a hotel, resort, casino, or hospitality environment.
- Experience of using inventory management or warehouse management systems (WMS), i.e Red Rock Software.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Safely operated warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures and conditions.

- Flexible schedule required, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
