Job Summary
Do you love the sound of jackpot bells and the buzz of a busy casino floor? Join us as a Slot Ambassador, where you’ll assist guests with payouts, handle minor slot machine fixes, and bring great energy to every shift. Whether it’s helping someone understand a promotion, signing up new loyalty club members, or jumping in to solve a problem with a smile, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Cash out slot tickets and jackpots quickly and accurately
- Greet guests with warmth and keep the energy high on the floor
- Assist with minor slot machine issues (like paper jams or ticket errors)
- Pay jackpots and process necessary documentation with precision
- Promote current and upcoming casino promotions with enthusiasm
- Sign up new players for our loyalty club
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and fun environment on the slot floor
- Monitor floor activity and report suspicious behavior or underage guests
- Provide change, process redemptions, and issue drawing tickets
- Answer guest questions about games, machines, and casino services
- Coordinate with food & beverage to keep players comfortable
- Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and care
- Assist in ensuring fair and accurate promotional giveaways
- Stay alert and respond promptly to jackpot alarms and service lights
General Expectations
- Follow all gaming regulations and company policies
- Maintain excellent radio etiquette and communication with the team
- Always bring a positive, upbeat attitude to the casino floor
- Present yourself with professionalism, including uniform and nametag
- Be observant, attentive, and guest-focused at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain required Nevada work cars (Gaming, Health, TAM)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality a plus
- Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidays
- Able to stand, walk, and move easily in a busy, loud environment
