• Work scheduled jobs on your own or alongside another technician

What we’re looking for

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — not an entry-level or training position. You should be comfortable running a job in a customer’s home on your own. The ideal candidate has:

• 3 years of hands-on handyman, construction, or skilled-trade experience
• Solid ability across common residential work — drywall, painting, carpentry and trim, basic plumbing and electrical, and flooring
• A friendly, professional way with homeowners, and pride in doing things the right way
• Reliability, punctuality, and good problem-solving common sense
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (you’ll be driving our company vehicle)
• A basic set of hand tools and the ability to lift, climb, and do physical work safely
• Comfort working in occupied homes, and the ability to pass a background check
