What You’ll Do (Technician Role)

As a Handyman Technician, your primary focus will be delivering excellent work in customers’ homes. Responsibilities include:

• Completing a variety of home repair and improvement projects
• Working independently or alongside other technician on scheduled jobs
• Communicating professionally with customers during the project
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Following company processes to ensure consistent quality
• Supporting the team with material pickups and job preparation as needed
• Delivering a 5-star experience through craftsmanship and care

• Experience in handyman work, construction, or home repairs
• Strong technical ability across common residential projects

• Ability to work within established systems and expectations

Requirements

• 2 years of handyman, construction, or skilled trade experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work safely
• Comfort working in occupied residential homes
• Basic tool set and willingness to grow skills
