Local Finance is hiring a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager to support daily branch operations, serve customers, and help grow the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in lending and tax services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Process loan applications and payments
- Assist with tax preparation (training available)
- Perform collection activities (calls, letters, occasional field visits)
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily deposits
- Keep records, reports, and files organized and accurate
- Help grow the branch through customer outreach and relationship building
- Follow all company policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
Preferred (Not Required)
- Customer service, collections, or finance experience
- Tax preparation experience
