Pay: $18.00 per hour

Local Craft Kitchen & Bar is looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team at Pittsburgh International Airport.
We are a busy airport restaurant and bar, so we're looking for cooks who can move quickly, stay organized, and produce consistent food during high-volume service. If you show up on time, keep a clean station, work well with a team, and take pride in the food you serve, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items quickly and consistently
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station
- Follow recipes, portions, and presentation standards
- Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift
- Complete daily prep and restocking
- Properly label, date, rotate, and store food
- Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain strong ticket times during busy service
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities
- Work as a team with the kitchen, FOH staff, and management
What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Ability to meet airport security and badging requirements
Schedule & Airport Requirements
Local Craft operates inside Pittsburgh International Airport. Early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required depending on your schedule.
Because this is an airport position, employees must successfully complete the required airport security/badging process before working in secured areas.
Compensation
$18.00 per hour
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
