Valid Connecticut E-2 Journeyman Electrician License required.

Job Responsibilities
The Journeyman Electrician will perform electrical installation, renovation, and upgrade work within an unoccupied school environment. Duties include:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform electrical renovations and upgrades in classrooms, offices, hallways, cafeterias, gymnasiums, and common areas.
- Install electrical conduit (EMT, rigid, and flexible conduit), wiring, junction boxes, and electrical panels.
- Pull wire and terminate electrical circuits for lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems.
- Install and replace LED lighting fixtures, emergency lighting, occupancy sensors, and lighting controls.
- Upgrade electrical service equipment, switchgear, breakers, and distribution panels as required.
