What You'll Do
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community.
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Manage leasing activity, renewals, resident retention, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Process rental applications, leases, and other required documentation.
- Collect rent and assist with delinquency management.
- Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure work orders and resident requests are handled promptly.
- Help maintain occupancy goals through resident satisfaction and effective leasing strategies.
- Support the Community Manager with reporting, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
