Responsibilities
- Perform account analysis to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures, including ledger review and financial reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare periodic financial reports.
- Distribute financial reports and assist in answering operations directors' questions.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and related reports and schedules.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting standards.
- Proficiency with multiple accounting systems including CYMA and Excell.
- Understanding of general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounting processes.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for account reconciliation and audit preparation.
- Must be detail orientented.
