What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at Local Business?
Current opening for a highly ambitious, motivated project administrator/manager for established, highly successful distributor in the Charlotte area. Main duties are to assist the current project managers dealing primarily in the lodging industry, specializing in doors, frames, hardware, bath accessories and other specialty items with plan takeoffs, submittals, door and hardware schedules. Applicant should be well versed in excel and adobe programs, a smart thinker and self-motivated. A degree in construction management or similar field or extensive experience is preferred. Tremendous opportunity for advancement to project manager or to continue as administrator.
