Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strategic leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and operational priorities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure profitability and growth.
- Partner with operations teams to optimize cost structures, improve margins, and enhance process efficiency.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and board members.
- Monitor liquidity, working capital, and investment strategies to maintain financial health.
- Drive automation and digital transformation within finance operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
