WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Install asphalt and metal roofing, siding, decking, windows, and doors to spec and code
- Framing and trim carpentry, repairs, and remodel/restoration work on our flip projects
- Read plans, measure accurate, cut clean, install right the first time
- Keep the site clean and the homeowner happy
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Experience in at least five-year exterior trade preferred
- Lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, basic math and measuring
- Own basic hand tools, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
PAY: Hourly based on skill, raises earned on the job.
