Financial Success Specialist/Member Service Representative (Full-time) Farmington Branch
LOC Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, is looking for a full-time Financial Success Specialist at our Farmington office. The ideal candidate will serve an important role in helping members with their financial goals through our "Let's Win. Together." principle!

This role involves engaging with members to understand their financial needs, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently, educating members on our products and services, and accurately open and process all account types, process loan applications to the underwriters and book member's loans.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will support daily branch operations. This includes, but is not limited to, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, corporate drafts, money orders, cash advances, check orders on a teller drawer when requested.
LOC is looking for someone with proficient communication and organizational skills, exceptional sales abilities, good computer skills, and a strong drive to assist both members and teammates. Prior experience in credit union or bank cash handling is preferred, and a GED or high school diploma is required.
