Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented full time Cash Service Representative (Teller) to join our Farmington team! As a Teller, you'll help be the face of LOC Credit Union, providing excellent service while helping members with their financial transactions. You'll play a key role in building strong relationships and ensuring our members have a positive experience.
A Day in the life of a Teller
- Provide exceptional and friendly service to every member
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Answer members questions and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
- Help protect the Credit Union against fraud and other losses. This would include, but is not
limited to, identifying counterfeit currency, examining checks presented for negotiation,
verifying endorsement, receiving proper identification, and placing check holds when
necessary - Be willing to work at least one Saturday per month and travel to other branches occasionally
Experience/education
- Prior credit union or bank cash handling experience (preferred)
- GED or high school diploma (required)
