We're looking for friendly and energetic Host and Dish Personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued, while also assisting with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness standards. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu, restaurant policies, or wait times.
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring a clean environment for guests.
- Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all utensils, plates, and glassware are sanitized and ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen stations, and dishwashing zones throughout your shift.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating and service flow during busy hours.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Skills
- Previous experience as a host/host or in food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Hospitality experience or hotel background can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
