Job Overview
Lobo Logistics is seeking a Senior Logistics Operator to join our field operations team. The Senior Logistics Operator will strive to provide best-in-class sand logistics services to Lobo's clients and carriers, working within a team environment to safely operate, organize, and support proppant movements from mine to blender.
Strong performers who demonstrate leadership and complete the required trainings and competency checks will be considered for advancement to Logistics Supervisor.
What does a Senior Logistics Operator do?
- Operate and maintain sand delivery systems and equipment (conveyor belts, industrial equipment)
- Operate industrial-size forklifts, including Taylor XH360L
- Rigging up and down
- Offloading commodities
- Daily checklists and general maintenance
- Manage critical spare inventory
- BOL tracking and ordering
- Proficient single and multi-commodity inventory tracking
- Provide support in ordering commodity loads
- Clear and precise communication with Lobo coordinators on field conditions
- Carrier/driver support and trailer inspections
- Basic coordination support
- Demonstrate strong communications with Logistics Supervisor
- Housekeeping — company vehicle, assets, housing, and onsite equipment
- Adhere to all company and customer policies per Lobo Employee Handbook

- Willing to work 20 days on-location with 10 days off
- Must work rotating hitch between night shift and day shift
- Be willing to travel to any Lobo location
- Taylor XH360L forklift experience required; additional heavy equipment experience is a plus
- 1 year of O&G field experience preferred
- Must be willing to work a 12–14 hour shift
- Must be capable of moving heavy objects (45 lbs) for extended periods of time
- Be a person of high integrity

Compensation:
- This position offers an attractive compensation package consisting of a competitive hourly wage of $21-23 per hour depending on experience. The Company provides housing while on location, a Company uniform, Safety Glasses, Safety Boots, and the Company will compensate you for your travel from your home base to the work location in flights or a mileage reimbursement.
- Lobo currently offers 80-90% employer-paid base plans for Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
- Individuals will be given the opportunity to participate in the Company’s Profit Sharing. Lobo pledges a percentage of the Company’s profit to directly distribute to all qualified employees in the form of a cash bonus twice per calendar year.
