Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a safe, respectful environment.
- Support toddler care routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap times, ensuring child welfare and safety at all times.
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and promote consistent learning experiences both at school and home.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and program standards.
Skills
