LOBEY is a fast-growing European cosmetics & supplements brand with $6M in yearly revenue in our first 3 years in one market alone. We’ve just opened our U.S. HQ in Houston, and we’re hiring our very first U.S. Marketing Manager.

Who We’re Looking For
A self-directed, high-ownership marketer who loves moving fast and getting results. Someone who doesn’t wait for instructions — but brings ideas, executes, and takes responsibility for outcomes.
You will own:
- Influencer partnerships (outreach, negotiation, UGC sourcing)
- Finding new collabs, creators, ambassadors, and UGC pipelines
- Understanding what makes a video SELL — and sourcing content that converts
- Local marketing coordination across Houston & Texas
- Adapting and improving our brand communication for the U.S. market
- Reviewing content, messaging, and marketing materials with a U.S. mindset
If you need micromanagement, hand-holding, or very strict job boundaries — this role is NOT for you.

What You Won’t Have To Do
We already have teams for these tasks in Europe and US Agencies, so you can stay laser-focused on marketing:
- No website management
- No logistics / fulfillment / ecommerce operations
- No PPC or paid ads management
- No email automation
- No graphic/video production
We want you focused on growth, people, partnerships, and content that moves the needle.

You’ll receive a performance bonus based on KPI’s from your area. Hitting targets can bring you $100,000–$150,000 annually.
