At Lobel our Area Sales Managers are focused on building strong dealer relationships, driving loan application volume, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed sales goals within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong dealer partnerships
- Prospect and onboard new dealerships
- Promote Lobel's products and deliver excellent service
- Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively
- Train dealers on the DealWriter program
- Travel regularly to develop in-person relationships
Qualifications
- Proven sales success, preferably in automotive or subprime finance
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities independently
- Results-driven with a focus on growth and revenue
- Willingness to travel extensively
