Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of employee training and development programs. The successful candidate will manage training schedules, coordinate learning activities, maintain training records, and work closely with internal teams to ensure employees receive effective learning and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Manage training calendars, registrations, attendance records, and learning materials.
- Communicate training schedules and program information to employees and stakeholders.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors, and department managers.
- Prepare training reports and track program effectiveness.
- Support the development and distribution of training materials and resources.
- Collect participant feedback and recommend improvements to training programs.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, human resources, or administration.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of employee training and development best practices.
- Experience coordinating corporate training or onboarding programs.
- Familiarity with HR processes and performance development initiatives.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development or Human Resources are a plus.
