Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry is a non profit organization whose mission is to provide nutritious food, in an atmosphere of kindness and respect, to individuals in need who reside in Ayer, Devens, Dunstable, Groton, Harvard, Littleton, and Shirley.
The Client Services Assistant assists the Client Services Coordinator with all aspects of client management and administration. This is a part-time position.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Services Coordinator with a variety of tasks including: ensuring an effective and efficient client flow; client outreach; and supervising, training, and providing support to client-facing volunteers
- Organize and prepare delivery program orders and collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor voicemail and email for the Client Services Team
- Enter, update, and verify data in the client database. Produce reports.
- Maintain a collection of resource materials and informational pantry materials in multiple languages
- Provide coverage for the department in the absence of the Client Services Coordinator
