Schedule
Store Hours:
Full-Time Position
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations at LoanMax Title Loans. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operational performance, team development, compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and coach team members
- Set performance expectations and monitor results
- Provide ongoing feedback and development
- Foster a positive, professional team culture
Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Manage office organization and supplies
Customer Service Excellence
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers
- Handle escalated concerns professionally
- Review loan applications and vehicle evaluations
- Ensure accurate processing of payments and account updates
Performance & Sales
- Drive store performance and achieve company goals
- Monitor metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strong customer follow-up and communication

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred, not required
- Customer service experience required
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Ability to work scheduled rotating Saturdays
