ABOUT THE TEAM: The Late Stage Collection Team provides exceptional, compliant customer service to customers whose accounts that are sixty to ninety days past-due. The team educates, negotiates, and removes perceived barriers that are otherwise preventing customers from making payments.
POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES:

Your role places you at the center of resolving delinquent accounts, where your conversations with customers help recover past-due balances and strengthen overall portfolio performance.

Your communication style shapes how customers understand their situation, giving them clarity about their account status and reinforcing the value of staying current.

Your negotiation skills become the key to creating realistic payment plans, securing commitments, and moving accounts back into good standing.
- Your resourcefulness with skip-tracing tools increases your chances of reaching hard-to-contact customers, improving overall collection results.

Your detailed documentation gives the team reliable information and supports strong, consistent collection practices.

Your commitment to FDCPA requirements and company policies safeguards the customer experience and protects the business from compliance risk-an essential foundation of effective collections work.
- Your ability to prioritize accounts intelligently contributes to stronger recovery outcomes and helps you and the department reach performance goals.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Must be able to handle high inbound and outbound calls
- Comfortable with performance bonus incentive compensation structure
- Must be pc literate.
