About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Quick Service Restaurant Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing the team's guest service focus, ensuring all guests receive a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Support operational efficiencies in transactions, location appearance, and sanitization, as well as maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Select, train, and coach new team members to ensure they meet company standards.
- Lead by example in executing company values, programs, processes, and policies.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and direction to fellow team members, assuming the role of Shift Lead in the RGM's absence.
- Maintain safety as a priority within the location for guests and team members.
Working Relationships
You will work closely with Restaurant Clerks, Team Members, Shift Leaders, Restaurant General Managers, District Managers, Brand Managers, and Corporate personnel.
