Who We're Looking For
We're hiring an Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to join our team. No warehouse experience? No problem — we'll train the right person. What matters more to us is a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and someone who takes pride in doing things right.
We believe in working hard, having fun while we do it, and giving our team the autonomy to own their work. If you like knowing exactly what "good" looks like and then being trusted to go do it — you'll fit in well here.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate welding and fabrication
- Assist Shipping & Inventory managers
- Load and unload trucks and shipments
- Organize and stock inventory, tools & materials in designated areas
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift training available)
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Spot and flag damaged or incorrect inventory
- Assemble parts based on orders
- Work with your team to hit daily goals — and have some fun doing it
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for a full shift
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- No prior warehouse experience required
Why Work With Us
- Real autonomy. Once you know the job, we trust you to do it — no micromanaging.
- Room to grow. We promote from within and invest in training (forklift certification, equipment operation, etc.).
- A team that has fun. Hard work and a good time aren't mutually exclusive around here.
- Craftsmanship matters. We care about doing the job right, not just fast.
