Full Time Cashier

Loaded Food Group Inc. is seeking a full-time cashier for the Haverhill, Mass. location of LOADED!

LOADED is the newest destination in Downtown Haverhill, Mass. for a creative bite! We're a fast-casual restaurant with a menu focused on loaded comfort food -

think warm, flavorful dishes, all loaded to the max with tons of delicious toppings!

We're known for our Loaded Korean Corn Dogs, but our menu is ever-changing and diverse.

Work Hours:

We are currently seeking a full-time employee with weekday and weekend availability.

Education & Experience:

•High school diploma or equivalent required (this position is 18 )

•previous experience in a customer service position

•previous front-of-house restaurant experience (preferred)

Skills:

•basic knowledge of how cash registers/POS operate

•ability to count, collect and be responsible for cash

•basic math skills

•excellent attention to detail

•friendly, positive and upbeat attitude

•excellent customer service skills

•excellent communication skills

•has reliable transportation or lives within walking distance of Downtown Haverhill, Mass.

Role Responsibilities:

•Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

•Registers orders on a cash register

•Collects payments by accepting cash, credit payments from customers and makes change for cash customers

•Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.•

•Resolves minor customer issues and answers questions

•Understands the ins and outs of our menu and is able to answer questions about allergies, ingredients and make general recommendations

•Plates dine-in orders

•Bags to-go orders

•Handles pick up orders

•Handles pick up orders for third-party delivery services such as DoorDash

•Answers the phone to take orders or provide information

•Clears and cleans dine-in tables

•Restocks napkins and to-go containers

•Restocks bathroom supplies

•Maintains front dining room to ensure cleanliness for customers

•Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Haverhill, MA 01832: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Food service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
