About the Role
Load One is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow our house accounts under a designated revenue threshold. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about customer success and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain house accounts
- Re-engage dormant accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers
- Monitor trends and expand business through additional lanes or services
- Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and TMS systems (e.g., Transcend)
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture emerging accounts
- Track performance metrics: load count, revenue, margin
- Participate in weekly sales and ops meetings
- Ensure compliance with pricing, quoting, and credit policies
- Support onboarding and retention of smaller accounts
- Stay informed on industry trends and Load One’s services
- Meet or exceed monthly goals for revenue and engagement
What You Bring
- A four-year college degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and/or 1–3 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM/TMS systems (Transcend, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
- Ability to build relationships and solve problems effectively
