💰 Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually DOE Commission & Performance-Based Bonus

About the Role

Load One is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow our house accounts under a designated revenue threshold. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about customer success and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain house accounts 
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers
  • Monitor trends and expand business through additional lanes or services
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and TMS systems (e.g., Transcend)
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture emerging accounts
  • Track performance metrics: load count, revenue, margin
  • Participate in weekly sales and ops meetings
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, quoting, and credit policies
  • Support onboarding and retention of smaller accounts
  • Stay informed on industry trends and Load One’s services
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals for revenue and engagement

What You Bring

  • A four-year college degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and/or 1–3 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Experience with CRM/TMS systems (Transcend, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
  • Ability to build relationships and solve problems effectively
