This position is responsible for managing the customer order process from quotation to fulfillment, as well as providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will need adept communication skills, attention to detail, and be well organized. Some mechanical aptitude or experience in the electronic or electro-mechanical industry will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand and identify needs
- Generate accurate quotations
- Review customer orders and negotiate terms
- Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure timely order processing
- Oversee final shipment and delivery of orders
- Maintain organized documentation to ISO 9001 quality standards
- Respond promptly to customer requests for support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Provide clear and concise solutions to customer problems
- Log support cases and initiate corrective action and continual improvement plans
Qualifications
Education
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or order management
- Minimum 2 years experience working within a quality management system
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Multi-lingual ability is a plus but not required
