What are the responsibilities and job description for the SE Region (RSM) with National Customer Responsibility/Support position at Loacker?
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, the Southeast Region Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for leading sales development in Southeast geographies of the US along with managing Publix, Kroger Corporate and supporting the NE and SE Costco Regions. Role will also include identifying new white space business opportunities.
The role will be focused on achieving breakthrough business results and customer development. He/She must have experience with key retailers in the Southeast such as Publix (Primary), Costco (Regional) and Kroger. He/She must have the drive to lead exponential growth, while embracing Loacker’s corporate values. In addition, the individual must have success in identifying and securing white space revenue.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver annual sales and financial commitments for existing and new customers that exceed our strategic annual goals.
- Proactively engage larger customers to develop strategic growth plans and potentially direct delivery vs national distributors
- Lead Loacker’s pursuit of new customers/ACV expansion. The channels include Grocery (Modern Trade), Club, e-commerce and independents.
- Build and maintain strong broker partner performance through communication and goal setting. Continuously work with broker partners to find white space growth.
- Develop annual selling plan for the Southeast Region and review / evolve with SVP.
- Provide clear visibility and transparency with all business-related activities. (e.g., trade investments/spending, item forecasting, pricing, meetings, customer presentations, travel and entertainment)
- Proactively document all key agreements and key meetings via CRM.
- Ensure complete preparation for all key customer meetings and internal business reviews
- Work collaboratively with logistics to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain.
- Demonstrate strong general MS-office and IT-skills including all Sales Planning systems
- Proactively work with SVP of Sales to prioritize workload to maximize sales potential
Projected Customers/Distributors:
Publix, Kroger Corporate, Support Costco Regional execution and buyer engagement (SE, NE) – Note SVP leads US Costco engagement and planning, Harris Teeter, Southeastern Grocer, Food Lion and all regional chains. Additional support for geographic C-store customers could also be included.
