Further details on the benefits program are available upon request.Essential Job Function:Obtaining high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options. Solicit referrals from patients post-treatment while at the same time tracking satisfaction with work provided. Contact patients/guarantors the day prior or the day of the appointment regarding fees due and to confirm the appointment. Communicate to office management if schedules are not filled for consults. Presenting treatment plans and giving estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner. Educating and discussing the Orthodontist's treatment plan after diagnosed and reviewed by the clinical staff with the patient. Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment. Promoting and upholding the values of Orthodontic Partners in all aspects of the job. Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment. Ensure patients are compliant with appointments, financial obligations, send the appropriate communication leading up to or including termination from treatment. Drive results and strive to consistently achieve results and goals set forth by management. Other duties as required. Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent Required Sales experience preferred, dental experience preferred but not necessary
