Established National Sign Manufacturer and Installation company in Dallas, TX is seeking an organized and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team.
Position Overview
A successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal departments, working closely with the General Manager and other Project Managers. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide critical support to our Management, Sales, and Project Management teams. This role ensures that permits, documentation, and project details are properly managed, enabling the smooth production and installation of signage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordination of signage projects from initial client request through project completion and invoicing.
· Create, track, and process job files and work orders with a high degree of accuracy.
· Research city code to ensure project compliance and inspection processes
· Prepare and process permit applications, ensuring all documentation is submitted and tracked in a timely fashion
· Provide timely and accurate status updates to clients and management
· Ensure all necessary completion photos, close-out documents, and other required materials are secured and filed
· Manage multiple jobsites simultaneously
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in the signage or construction industry preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· Positive attitude, persistence, and integrity
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
· Square Coil, Corel, and QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
· Bilingual is a plus
