Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The storage specialist willcollaborate with the Government Storage Specialist tomaintain systemic storage bin locations in WMS by verifying that they accurately match the dimensions and characteristics of the physical storage location, follow the approved naming schema, are properly labeled and marked, and are accuratelyrepresented on the associatedplanography drawing with the Government Storage Analyst.
- The specialist willensure requirements identified in Section 5.3.2are being adhered towhilealso identifyingoccupied locations in WMS that fall below 50% density (measured as volume in WMS) and direct re-warehousing that reduces multiple locations for the same materiel, increases overall density for the distribution center, improves pick time for faster moving materiel, and results in additional vacant locations for new inductions.

Experience:
- Experience shall include a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations similar to the size and complexity to the operations offered in this contract. Experience will include a minimum of 2 years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past 5 years.
