Job Overview
We are looking for an Outgoing Person to Join our LNJ Spiritwear Work Family at our Monroeville location, Let's Get Personal by LNJ.

The position would start as Part Time, but would most likely move into a Full Time position if the fit was right.

Duties

• Operate and maintain industrial embroidery machines with precision and care, ensuring flawless stitching on diverse fabric types.
• Set up embroidery designs using specialized software, adjusting parameters for optimal results.
• Inspect finished products for quality, verifying that embroidery aligns correctly and meets design specifications.
• Prepare garments by performing garment construction tasks as needed to facilitate embroidery placement.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues and optimize production workflows.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the manufacturing area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Keep detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality checks to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

Prefer to Hire an Experienced Embroider, but training might be possible for the right person/situation

• Proven experience with garment construction and sewing techniques, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Familiarity with operating sewing machines and embroidery equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of sewing, embroidery software, and machine troubleshooting is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and meet production deadlines.
