- Estimated annual range: $1.00–$175,000 (based on performance)
What You’ll Do
- Work with buyers and sellers; guide clients from consultation to closing
- Follow up with leads quickly and consistently (calls, texts, email)
- Schedule and host showings; attend inspections and walkthroughs as needed
- Prepare and present offers; negotiate on behalf of clients
- Coordinate transaction steps from contract to closing
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in a CRM/system
- Build your personal brand locally and online

Education Requirement
- High school or college diploma required
Licensing Options (We Welcome Both)Option A: Already Licensed / ExperiencedYou should have:
- Active real estate license in Tennessee (TN) and/or Virginia (VA) (or ability to transfer)
- Experience working with clients, contracts, and negotiations (preferred)
Option B: Not Licensed Yet / Starting a New CareerYou can still apply if you:
- Are serious about starting a real estate career in TN and/or VA
- Are willing to complete required pre-licensing education and pass the state exam
- Can commit time weekly to training, prospecting, and building your pipeline
