What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Processor position at LNB Community Bank?
LNB is looking for an energetic Mortgage Loan Processor. Must provide excellent customer service and follow applicable bank policies and regulations. Duties include gathering information for loans, reviewing initial customer documentation, completing loan disclosures, assisting loan officers in writing up loans approvals. ordering title work appraisals and other documentation, corresponding with realtors ad agents for closings, preparing loan file for closings, handling documents for recording, payoffs and disbursements, prepare extensions and change in terms agreements, boarding loan documents into bank's core loan system, and answering customer questions regarding payments transfers and other loan questions. Job will also requirement assisting loan officers as necessary. Good communication skills and proficiency with computers are essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
