Job Summary
We are looking for reliable, friendly, and energetic Flyer Distributors to help promote our tax services for the upcoming tax season. In this role, you will serve as the face of our company in the local community. Your main goal will be to wear provided company attire and hand out promotional fliers to pedestrians in high-traffic areas to help drive new clients to our office.
Core Responsibilities
- Uniform & Apparel: Proudly wear provided company attire (e.g., branded t-shirt, jacket, or hat) during your entire shift to maximize brand visibility.
- Distribution: Hand out marketing fliers directly to pedestrians in designated high-traffic public areas (such as shopping centers, transit stations, and community events).
- Brand Representation: Maintain a warm, polite, and enthusiastic attitude while greeting the public to represent our tax company positively.
- Pacing & Quota: Efficiently distribute a set volume of fliers during your assigned hours.
- Shift Reporting: Coordinate with the office manager for clock-in/out and to monitor flier inventory levels.
Requirements
- Comfortable standing, walking, and being outdoors for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from your assigned distribution locations.
- No prior tax knowledge or marketing experience required.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
